  • Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings, which is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising, which is our legitimate interest in running and promoting the business.

Who receives it

We share data only with the services that help us run the site:

  • Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel, which loads on every page.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Analytics data is kept for the period set by each provider.
